this is going to be really hard, but i’m putting down my books for a while. & picking up the gospels.
my mini library, each individual book- man’s ideas about God & love & nature, it’s all become idolatry! stumbling blocks! i have desired knowledge more than faith! logic more than the movement of the spirit! understanding more than love! and now i’m a wreck.
so hopefully the gospels will destroy confusion, tear me apart from domesticated “spirituality”, create in me a greater desire for Truth Himself alone, and orient me more towards wildness & wholeness & holiness & faith & LOVEEE. all the great gifts that aren’t produced by knowledge but by Oneness with the Divine.
